In this workshop, participants will explore the fascinating phenomenon of metaverses in modern digital reality, as well as learn about the technologies of 3D scanning and neural networks.

During the first part of the workshop, we will delve into the contemporary internet users and the personalities and characters that are part of it, discovering who and how they populate digital worlds.

In the second part, participants will have hands-on experience with 3D scanning technologies and neural networks as they create their own virtual community by populating a small street with their digital copies. To take part in the workshop, participants will need to install the Polycam app on their smartphones.
